Ingredients
• 1½ cups cooked brown lentils
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• ½ onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tsp oregano
• 100 g wholegrain pasta
Steps
1. Boil the pasta.
2. Sauté the onion and garlic.
3. Add the tomato sauce, oregano and lentils.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes and mix with the pasta.
